Stay on your feet with our highly slip-resistant sole
Fire Hero Xtreme's highly heat- and slip-resistant sole was built for water, ice, and snow. Its exclusive honeycomb tread pattern and yellow suction cups provides excellent traction on slick and wet surfaces. A well insulated steel puncture plate offers you the highest level of protection from any nasty surprises. The additional signal yellow color on the sole gives you increased visibility when crawling, even in the smokiest of conditions. We even added a built in boot jack at the back to make getting out of your boots as easy as 1-2-3. Best fire boots
I have had thorogoods, and globe leather boots. The career department issued these. I have had them for year and found them to be more comfortable and fitting than any of the others. Leather boots have come a LONG way throughout the years
I got these boots in February 2018, and all I can say is these fit and feel like a pair of sneakers. I remember my first pair of leather bunker boots back in the late 90s; and yes, they did fit better than the old rubber boots, but they still felt like rubber boots. I would of NEVER attempted to drive a vehicle in those boots. The Fie Eagles, I am more than confident in driving the engine or ladder truck while wearing these. Thanks for an awesome product!

Excellent on a job
Got these on the advice of a smoke jumper while at an event out in the desert. What a find! These fit like a glove, grip great when the floors are flooded and things get slick and they are much lighter than my previous boots. Check the station boots too...very comfortable for all day wear (which here in Chicago can mean all night too).

Fire Hero Boots
I started out with a pair of Haix station boots and I loved them. My structural boots, Pro's, that I had been using for the last 5 years were really beat up and were not going to pass the annual PPE inspection through our Safety Office. Coincidentally, I had attended FDIC in 2010 and intended to replace by boots with some new Pro's. By chance, I saw the Haix booth and the new boot they were launching, the Fire Hero. I took a look, one of the rep's fit me with a pair, I compared them to the other boots they had on display and then bought the Fire Hero's right there. I have been using them for about 10 months now and they are great. They are lighter, fit more true and have been a great investment because: sore feet, legs and backs...suck. They are the best structural boot I have worn.
